Terms Of Service


1. You may use our banners and/or text links or make your own.


2. Any webmaster found to be using illegal content to promote RealPartnerCash will have their account suspended/terminated without notice and be reported to the proper agency. (illegal content defined as but not limited to: Child pornography, Beastiality, Incest, Password, Warez)


3. We do not allow spam. This includes but is not limited to promotion in newsgroups, chat rooms, instant messaging and mass e-mail. If such practises are used we will terminate your account and any funds owed to that account will be forfeited.


4. Sales are processed by CCBill and you will be paid directly by them.


5. Tampering with sale transactions (i.e. stolen credit cards) will lead to account termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.


6. RealPartnerCash does not accept partners that host or send traffic from free hosting services that do not permit adult content. (i.e. geocities, tripod, angelfire, nbci etc)


7. We will not be held responsible for losses due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.


8. RealPartnerCash reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason. Account termination as a result of fraud will result in remaining payable funds being forfeited.


9.The RealPartnerCash sponsor program can be cancelled or suspended at any time for any reason with or without notice.


10.Webmasters of all nationalities are welcome to promote RealPartnerCash.


11. These terms can be modified at any time without notice.


12. RealPartnerCash pays 50% of all signups and renewals (less chargebacks) for all new members which you refer.


13. By submitting the sign-up form, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this agreement and RealPartnerCash is agreeing to become a counter-party to the agreement. The effective date of this agreement shall be the date on which the form is received by RealPartnerCash.
